NEW ORLEANS —
The nationa remembered lives lost to violence in the transgender community Wednesday.
A transgender march and rally was held in New Orleans to remember those killed in the United States this year.
According to a report released by the Human Rights Campaign, at least 22 transgender and gender nonconforming people were killed this year alone.
